Terms of Service

LovedCircle, operated by WireCore GmbH, lets caregivers create reminders and share a simple link so the recipient can confirm them with one tap. We may change or discontinue features over time.

LovedCircle is not a medical, emergency, monitoring, or care service and must not be relied on for urgent or safety-critical situations. A missed or undelivered reminder does not mean someone is unwell. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number. Message delivery depends on third parties and is not guaranteed.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the content you enter, including ensuring you may share the personal data of the people you add. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Don't use LovedCircle for unlawful purposes, to harass anyone, to send unsolicited messages, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

A free tier is available with limits; paid plans add capacity. Pricing and plan details are shown on our website and in the Plan tab in your account, and may change with notice.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and our liability is limited accordingly. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection law.
